Individualized Training
​All Ages

Individualized training sessions are like a turbo boost for your technique and fitness. While our coaches are always available to answer questions during and after classes, individualized training sessions create a space for you to attack your goals in a more powerful way.

During your individualized training sessions, your coach will focus on you and only you. Your coach will discuss your specific goals with you and provide you with guidance and how to reach them. 

Due to the personal nature of our regular programming, we do not recommend individualized training for everyone. If you're new to us and planning to attend classes, we suggest trying some classes before investing in these sessions.

If you're not interested in joining group classes, but you'd like to learn some skills–these are for you!

If you're planning to become a member, but you'd like to build some skills before joining classes–these are for you!

If you're already a member, but you have some specific areas of the sport you'd like to focus on–these are for you!

If you'd like to learn some self defense, but there aren't any seminar dates that work with your schedule–these are for you!
