Our striking curriculum for the adult recreational program focuses on the fundamentals of striking in an MMA context; the threat of being taken down is always on our minds.
In our striking classes you will:
-Learn fundamental Kickboxing techniques
-How to strike while also being aware of takedowns
-Build Cardiovascular fitness to effectively fight for extended periods of time

Like our striking curriculum, our Jiu-Jitsu curriculum incorporates MMA and the threat of striking. There are fundamental differences between sport/competition Jiu-Jitsu and Jiu-Jitsu for MMA; you have to defend against strikes.
In our Jiu Jitsu Classes you will:
-Learn how to apply submissions
-How to apply pressure and escape from positions on the ground while being able to defend against strikes
- Learn effective techniques on how to strike on the ground.

The thing that ties our Striking curriculum and Jiu-Jitsu curriculum together is wrestling. We can use striking as a way to open up takedown attempts and we can use our Jiu-Jitsu to help defend against being taken down and punish people that do take us down.
In our wrestling classesyou will learn:
-How to take someone down to the ground
-How to defend against being taken down
-How to use striking and jiu-jitsu to defend against and set-up takedowns.

Our conditioning program is specifically tailored to success in MMA. Our conditioning coaches have a weekly program that tailors the work we do in class to real-life situations you see in MMA.
In our conditioning class you will:
-Build up strength that will translate directly to strength in the cage
-Build up cardiovascular fitness that will translate to increased stamina in the cage
-Gain access to nutritional and strength programs that will help you take your training to the next level.
