Fall Class Update

Fall is (almost) officially here. Over the summer, we have done a major revamp to our classes. Same time, same people, but a new energy!

Our Sunday, Tuesday, and Wednesday 8:00 classes have been given a much needed energy reboot. Sunday is now reserved strictly for free sparring, while we take Tuesdays and Wednesday to heavily focus on our skills and drills.

We have welcomed Coach Gabe and Coach Kendra into our regular schedule! Coach Gabe, with the help of Coach Bash, runs our jiu jitsu training on Fridays. Coach Kendra runs our boxing training on Wednesdays.

Our Senior Teen class has moved from kickboxing/grappling to a fully integrated MMA program, with the help of Coach Idriss.

Finally, we have introduced another Fighters Only class on Thursdays at 9:00 PM. This class is to help us get in some more rolling time, run by Coach Kevin.
